 Key tasks:

- formation of business requirements, regarding the finalization of business processes and products related to the service of natural persons for products payment cards and loans

- testing of finalizations of software Credit Factory, SRM, ABS Bars

- processing of network requests regarding implemented improvements and changes to products and processes

- communication with other divisions regarding the introduction of new processes and products

For this positions are required:

- knowledge of banking products of retail business (knowledge of Oschadny Bank products as a plus)
- understanding of the operation of systems used in the process of customer service< br/> - understanding the needs of network employees to improve customer service processes
