Our ideal candidate:

Has a university degree in finance, accounting, economics or related disciplines;

• Has analytical skills necessary for in-depth analysis of management reports (CF, PL, BS), able to formulate clear conclusions based on the received data and provide recommendations to the management for making strategic decisions;

• Has 3 years of experience as a financier;

• Speaks English at the upper-intermediate level or higher (knowledge of other foreign languages ​​will be an advantage);

• Has an understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles accounting;

• Knows tax legislation and has experience in its practical application;

• Proficient in Excel, knows how to work with formulas, tables and large arrays of data;

• Has a high level of independence, organization and initiative, ready to learn and develop.

< strong>Responsibilities:

• Financial management analysis of the company's activities and preparation of financial reports (CF, PL, BS);

• Analysis of profitability and break-even points, including CVP analysis (analysis of costs, volumes and profits), for the development financially sound strategies and effective decision-making;

• Planning and control of the company budget, cost optimization;

• Conducting an internal audit of financial transactions companies, including control accuracy of accounts;

• Expenditure forecasting and analysis of actual costs;

• Calculation of key indicators of the quality and efficiency of the company's work;< /p>

• Performing an audit of financial transactions, identifying inconsistencies, incorrect transactions and potential risks, as well as developing recommendations for improving financial control and compliance with regulatory requirements;

• Keeping records and controlling operations with non-residents to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial requirements;

• Interaction with international banks, ensuring timely settlement and compliance of financial transactions with international standards.

• Cooperation with accountants and legal services to coordinate financial documentation, comply with legal requirements and optimize processes;

• Interaction with state institutions to ensure compliance of the company's activities with the requirements of national legislation and regulatory authorities;

• Establishing cooperation between the company and foreign counterparties to ensure efficient business conduct and fulfillment of financial obligations;

• Inventory management.
