Functional duties:

• Participation in salary reviews: analysis of the functionality of positions in the company and their mapping with the catalog of the market review provider, data preparation, filling out questionnaires
• Processing of the results of salary reviews, preparation of analytical conclusions and proposals
• Evaluation of positions according to the Mercer methodology, support and development of the grading system
• Development and actualization of policies and procedures in the direction of compensations and benefits
• Management of projects for the implementation of benefits and compensations
• Analysis of the need and possibility of technical implementation of changes in the personnel management information system, development of TK and performance of functionality testing
• Preparation of management analytics, reports and presentations for management

Requirements:

• Experience work in the field of C&B and/or performance management for 5 years or more
• Experience in the field of organizational design will be an advantage
• Experience in analyzing business processes of divisions, writing job descriptions for positions
• Knowledge of the Mercer grading system
• Experience in personnel performance evaluation
• Systemic knowledge in the field of compensation and benefits
• Developed analytical skills, independence
• Proficiency in Excel at an expert level (summary tables, complex formulas, diagrams)
• Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation, regulatory and legislative acts in the field of labor organization, payment and personnel management
• Experience in optimizing and automating processes
• English language proficiency level – Intermediate/ Pre-Intermediate
• Confident user of Power Point
