LeadGen manager (Crypto) in Partida

We, Partida, are a company that is constantly looking for new solutions to best meet the needs of our clients - crypto projects from all over the world for 9 years.

We are looking for a leaden manager to be part of our crypto team and will help bring ideas to life to achieve the best results.

Requirements:

- experience in leadership, sales, support, community in the crypto/fintech direction (will be an advantage);
—Intermediate level of written English;
—strong communication skills, attention to details;
—ability to persuade;
—ability to quickly identify customer needs and provide appropriate proposals.

What will you do:

- search for crypto-projects and partners according to the specified criteria, which need crypto-services and form their own base; - analyze the stage of development of projects, their intentions regarding CEX, determine timing and identify needs; - write the first messages to potential to clients/partners;
—verify responses, conduct written communication with potential clients and partners from around the world, work with objections;
—pass only relevant projects to sales;
—collaborate with internal teams and create relevant reports;
—have an understanding of the crypto market.
