Specialist in business process automation (AI / Chatbots)

We are looking for a young, ambitious and proactive specialist who wants to develop in the field of business process automation and implementation of AI solutions. Main tasks

• Development, implementation and support of chatbots for internal (HR, team support, reporting automation) and external processes (customer support, sales, marketing).
• Automation of routine business processes using AI-solutions and modern no-code / low-code platforms.
• Integration of chatbots and AI-tools with CRM, ERP, Google Workspace, messengers and other services.
• Documentation of automation processes and creation of instructions for the team.
• Monitoring of new AI-tools and implementation of innovative approaches.

Our expectations

• Basic knowledge in the field of AI, chatbots or process automation.
• Understanding API principles and integrations between services.
• Experience or familiarity with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, Power Automate, CRM systems, etc. would be an advantage).
• Logical and systems thinking.
• Analytical skills and attention to
• High level of responsibility and self-organization.
• Initiative and desire to propose improvements.
• Willingness to quickly learn and develop in the field of AI and digital technologies.

Will be an advantage

• Experience in creating chatbots for Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp or websites.
• Understanding the UX logic of dialogs interfaces.
• Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation.
