Lead IT Specialist of User Support/Database Analytics (User Support)< /p>

Functional duties:

• Providing consulting support to end-users of systems in the following directions;
• Processing end-user incidents at the Service Desk. Promptly reacts to the appearance of new incidents, takes responsibility and makes maximum efforts to solve them;
• Formalization and transfer to functional departments of detected errors and software shortcomings, monitors their elimination;
• Participation in training end users on existing, changed and new business processes configured in the systems;
• Creation, together with specialists from IT departments, and support in the up-to-date status of instructions for end users of systems.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of the principles of building information systems and aspects of their application in production activity;
• Work experience from 1 year;
• Higher technical or economic education;
• Knowledge of the English language (will be an advantage).
