We are looking for a specialist in corporate infrastructure management and ensuring the stable operation of all systems. If you have a good understanding of VPN configuration, server administration and corporate telephony, and you are also ready to quickly help users - this job is for you!

Responsibilities:

 Corporate systems management:

• Creation and administration of corporate email addresses and domains.
• User support (reset/change passwords).
• Configuration and support of email servers for warm-up.
• Working with spam databases and postmasters.

Infrastructure management :

• Creating accounts on the terminal server.
• Configuring security and access control policies.

  VPN and network technologies:

• Setting up and supporting VPN access.
• Monitoring the stability of VPN services.

  Telephony:

• Ensuring stable operation of VoIP systems.

 Remote support:

• Remote assistance to users (diagnosis and elimination problems).
• Setting up Windows systems and installing software.

 Network technologies:

• Management of DNS records, proxies and web servers.

 Ensure security:

• Control of compliance with security policies and prevention threats.

 Optimization:

• Implementation of new solutions to improve infrastructure performance.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Experience with DNS records, proxies and web servers.
• Administration of Windows systems.
• Knowledge of VPN and VoIP systems.

 Soft Skills:

• Promptness and quality of task performance.
