You are expected to be able to clearly and effectively communicate (written and verbal) across the organization, clients and with leadership. Requirements: ● 5 years of proven managerial experience, managing at least 20 people● 2+ years of technical project/program management experience● Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers● Understanding of different stages of SDLC● Experience in starting new projects, collecting requirements, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new feature sets● Ability to effectively present information to clients, top management (through 1-1 sessions and group meetings)● Understanding of agile methodologies● Understanding of IT industry trends● Proficiency in using Project Management tools● Warm and approachable● A leader who can bring new ideas to the table and demonstrate well thought out plans to execute them if appropriate● Self-motivated and self-managing Responsibilities: Facilitate and coordinate the release of features from development, testing through to production environment and communicate status to key stakeholders Work with business teams and engineering teams to optimize process, procedures and DLC to ensure efficient business value deliveryWork closely with engineering teams to ensure quality, effective and timely delivery of featuresIdentify KPI's and report to Symphony Solutions leadership team and business as per an agreed schedule (or upon request) Managerial: Build and maintain an excellent working relationship with the customer in the successful delivery of all client related projects Support the engineering team to maximize resource utilization and deliver high quality products and releases Drive facilitated sessions for any aspect of service delivery including incident review, continuous delivery, problem resolution, capacity and planning Help identify, resolve program impediments and risks and plan interdependenciesIdentify, assess and communicate the impact of changes affecting the client or deliveryMitigate and solve escalations with urgency and determinationEnsure that reporting to internal and external stakeholders is delivered at the agreed timelinesBuild and maintain an excellent working relationship with the customer through successful delivery of all client-related projectssDelegate responsibilities to line managers to thrive in delivering PI commitments and any other goals set by the business Support:Participate in the development of team staffing plansParticipate in the recruitment process from CV prescreening to job offerTake an active part in the process of learning and development of line managers and team membersMonitor team performance and participate in performance reviews and one-on-one meetings (i.e. full employee life cycle)Identify areas for improvement and help build a professional development plan, where necessaryEscalate to Delivery Director and Employee Relationship Management team in case of talent loss risksWorks with internal Operations department to ensure effective utilization and timely rotations of resourcesFinancial:Drive the compensation review process and cooperate with the Client Partner to meet budget constraintsStaff project teams according to time and budget constraintsCooperate with Client Partner to keep track of project P&LCompanyParticipate in technical and cultural interviews, when necessaryCoordinate with Technical Office to ensure delivery excellence on the project/account Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Інформаційні технології Галузі ІТ-послуги та ІТ Консалтинг
