However, all of this needs validation, testing, and iteration.To achieve this, we are looking for a like-minded Chief Product Officer (CPO), who will be responsible for the creation, development, and successful implementation of our ideas. The CPO will play a key role in managing the product lifecycle, from market research and concept development to the launch and support of the product in the market.Key Responsibilities:Developing a Product Strategy from Scratch: Shaping the product concept, its key features, and Unique Selling Proposition (USP) based on the startup idea.Market and Competitor Research: Understanding current market trends, user needs, and problems. Conducting competitor analysis and identifying market opportunities.Managing the Full Product Development Cycle: Defining the stages of MVP creation and planning resources.Product Promotion: Developing a marketing strategy for product launch, including customer acquisition channels, communication strategy, and positioning.Building a Product Roadmap: Setting priorities and development stages based on business objectives, customer needs, and market conditions.Working with Metrics: Setting and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success at different stages of its lifecycle.Candidate Requirements:Higher education in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.5+ years of experience in roles such as Head of Product, Product Manager, or Product Owner.Proven experience in building profitable IT products from scratch for the global market.Deep understanding of product development methods, product lifecycle, and team management principles.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate cultural differences and build relationships with various stakeholders.Strategic thinking with an analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Conditions:Remote work.Flexible schedule with two primary time zones: Kyiv and Thailand.Competitive salary.Performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The Chief Product Officer plays a critical role in the company's success, creating products that attract customers, meet their expectations, and strengthen the company’s market position.
