• You are able to develop strategies with a clear plan regarding the development of the direction of e-commerce;
• You have experience in the fashion industry, experience in the position of Head of E-commerce, Senior Digital Manager (with managerial experience) from 4 years;
• You have experience in organizing the effective work of the department, competent allocation of tasks, control of execution;
• Experience in controlling key metrics and improving their value: Retention rate, ROMI, LTV, CAC, Conversion rate, etc.;
• You have experience in developing a strategy to increase efficiency, income;
• Strategic development planning of E-commerce direction
• Budget planning and reporting;
• Crisis management;
• Knowledge of tools and services: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Search Console, Google Shopping, Google Merchant center, Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), SerpStat, PageSpeed ​​Insights;
• Understanding the principles of SEO, UI/UX, Usability;
• Ability to draw up high-quality and understandable TOR (development, refinement, proposals, activities based on analysis of competitor behavior, etc.) to subcontractors/partners;
• Knowledge of the technical part (HTML, CMS, CSS, PHP) for mutual understanding with developers;

  Tasks that will be included in the duties of our Head of E -commerce Head of E-commerce :
  
  
• Ensuring growth of client results (traffic, conversions), attraction of new clients;
• Analysis of indicators of effectiveness of advertising campaigns, formation of conclusions, planning of further actions on the basis of the obtained results (together with the Google advertising agency, META);
• Managing the direction of e-mail marketing and analyzing the effectiveness of mailings;
• Ensuring the implementation of sales plans, preparing weekly reports "plan-fact";
• Briefing of contractors in the direction of SEO optimization and SEO promotion;
• Coordination, control and analysis of the results of work of remote teams of contracting organizations.
• li>Monthly reporting meetings and planning work for the next month;
• Close cooperation with the internal team of 1C managers;
• Working with existing projects and developing new ones;
• Creation of sales funnels, their constant updating ;
• Communication with chain stores regarding online store operations;
• Planning budgets for promotion and conducting monthly reporting.
