Lead Opener / Inbound Sales Specialist (english) in V.PSTAIRS

We are a specialist UK construction company delivering high-end bespoke staircases and architectural metalwork for private residential projects.

Due to growing demand from Facebook and Instagram enquiries, we are looking for a Lead Opener / Inbound Sales Specialist to manage and qualify incoming leads.

This is NOT cold calling.
You will only handle warm inbound enquiries.

Your Role

• Responding to inbound Facebook & Instagram enquiries

• Contacting leads quickly and professionally

• Qualifying clients (budget, timeline, project scope)

• Booking qualified consultations

• Following up warm leads

• Updating CRM accurately

• Representing the company professionally

What We’re Looking For

• English Advice (C1 minimum)

• Strong written and phone communication skills

• Previous experience in sales / appointment setting

• Comfortable discussing budgets and timelines

• Highly organised and responsive

• Construction knowledge is a strong advantage
