Senior UI/UX Designer (Conversion-Focused) in Intellabridge

We are looking for a high-level UI/UX Designer from Ukraine with strong conversion thinking to join our growing agency team. To be considered, your proposal must start with a Figma link to your best work. If there is no Figma link at the top, the proposal will not be reviewed. 

Location Requirement

• Candidate must be based in Ukraine
• Strong English communication required
• Availability for ongoing collaboration

What We Need

We are not looking for just beautiful UI.

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands conversion psychology
• Designs with business goals in mind
• Thinks in funnels, not just screens
• Can structure landing pages that sell
• Understands hierarchy, CTA placement, and user behaviour
• Knows how to simplify complex ideas visually

Bonus:

• Experience with micro-animations or interaction design
• Experience with Rive or advanced interaction thinking
• Experience with SaaS, ecommerce, or high-ticket service projects

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting landing pages (desktop + mobile)
• Improve UX for SaaS, service, and ecommerce projects
• Create clean, structured, developer-ready Figma files (auto-layout mandatory)
• Build scalable design systems when required
• Suggest CRO improvements proactively
