Your future team:

You will join a dynamic team dedicated to create digital solutions to support Marketing and Sales in building the best end to end journey. Group Digital Sales and Marketing was formed in early 2023, a merge between Digital Sales and Digital Marketing, with a vision of delivering a superior customer experience across all touchpoints, by owning the full customer funnel. We are a diverse team that consist of 17 colleagues representing 8 different nationalities. Divided into 4 smaller expert teams that support the entire digital marketing and sales experience for our customers. You will join the Digital Lead Generation and Management Expert Team. The expert team consists of 5 team members, and they describe themselves as specialists multi-cultural and open minded. In Digital Lead Generation and Management our aim is to help the local markets create leads and convert these leads into opportunities for sales.

What you will be doing: 

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our global lead management and marketing automation efforts. Working closely with counterparts and stakeholders in Sales and Marketing from North America, Europe, and Asia, you will help streamline and enhance our digital sales and marketing strategies.
Currently, we are at a critical juncture in our marketing technology and process maturity. Our goal is to create a unified approach to Lead Management and Marketing Automation, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all regions. By supporting, managing and optimizing Marketo and CRM Dynamics, you will contribute to a more cohesive and effective global strategy, improving the Lead Management process. Positioning ourselves with a strong foundation for driving value for both Marketing and Sales. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining data integrity, documenting processes, creating guides and aligning global stakeholders to achieve our collective goals.

  • 3+ years of experience in a Lead Management role or potentially Inside Sales
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., CRM Dynamics) for managing lead records and maintaining data quality
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Marketo, including program optimization, lead scoring, and campaign management
  • Proven experience in mapping and documenting lead management processes, including identifying lead sources, defining lead stages, and setting criteria for each stage
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training materials and sessions for sales and marketing teams, focusing on lead management best practices
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders, ensuring consistent implementation of lead management strategies and alignment with best practices
  • Experience in maintaining high data quality standards within marketing automation and CRM systems, as well as experience in supporting tool management
  • Proven track record of taken data-driven decision to improve lead performance, to drive improvements and bring value

Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage development of the digital tool backlog, Create easy-to-follow guides that outline each step of the Lead Management process, Train sales and marketing teams on Lead Management best practices. Ensure adherence to best practices and continuous performance improvements, Share best practices and strategies for Lead Management and Marketo use globally, aligning with stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation, Support Marketo management, optimization of programs, scoring and campaigns, Support national markets in designing and executing lead nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel and optimize lead value, Maintain data quality of person records in Marketo and lead records in the CRM system, Monitor and report on the performance of leads.
