Job Overview:

We are looking for a flexible Junior Project Manager to manage a diverse range of projects as part of a new service offered to Fiverr Business clients — Project Management. You will play the vital role in planning, facilitating, and executing projects for our key Fiverr Business clients, using the Fiverr platforms and our talent pool.

Projects’ Domain: Programming & Tech, Marketing, Design, Video Animation, etc.

Required Skills:

• 6-12 months of experience in Project Management
• Experience working with remote teams/freelancers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in different project management software and tools( for example notion, Monday, Jira and ect.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• At Least Upper-Intermediate level of English

Plus:

• Experience working with freelance platforms like Upwork/Fiverr

Responsibilities:

• Help Senior PMs to plan and oversee various projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with freelancers and internal teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
