Needed skills:

• Confident user PC;
• Knowledge of the OSI model and the principle of construction and operation of local networks;
• Understanding the operation of TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, DHCP protocols, VPN technology;
• Installation, configuration of the family OS Windows. An additional bonus will be the skills of working with the Linux family OS;
• PC assembly, diagnostics, repair;
• A confident user of office equipment (cartridge replacement, accounting, ordering);
• MS Active Directory; MS Windows Server 2016, 2019. Experience with OS Windows 10/11, MacOs, Linux.
• Knowledge of the principles of operation and maintenance of MDM systems will be a bonus
• Experience with virtualization will be a bonus.

Basic tasks:

• Provide technical support and fulfill user requests;
• Install software and hardware;
• Ensure installation of new workstations;
• Conduct diagnostics hardware and software problems;
• Diagnosis and resolution of office network problems;
• Maintenance of network infrastructure documentation;
• Support services
