TwoComms is a streetwear / paramilitary clothing brand (hoodies, t-shirts). We are developing the B2B direction: we are connecting stores and partners who will sell our products at a wholesale price or through dropshipping.
We are looking for a lead generator who finds quality contacts of potential partners every day. Sales and communication are handled by the manager - your key area of responsibility: contact base + quality of leads.
DUTIES:
• Search for B2B leads: clothing stores of the relevant theme, military stores, stores with collaborations, dropshippers, marketplaces, physical and online stores that can potentially sell TwoComms.
• Build a base contact information for the manager: name of the store/project, city, phone(s), link to Instagram/site/marketplace/messengers and other sources of communication.• Use any search channels: Google Maps, Instagram, forums, catalogs, marketplaces, parsing, manual search, if necessary - physical visit to stores.
• (If necessary) sometimes help the manager in processing customers / following orders (after adaptation).
KPI AND REQUIREMENTS FOR THE QUALITY OF LEADS:
• Team plan (test): the manager makes 50 calls/day.
• Your KPI: to provide the manager with contacts — 50 quality leads/day.
A lead is counted as quality if:
• the business actually works with clothing/adjacent niche and roughly fits the brand format;
• there are relevant contacts (minimum: name + city + phone; preferably also IG/site/messengers);• this is not a “random number” and not a niche that is not about selling clothes at all.
NOT counted as KPI:
• contacts completely outside our niche;
• companies/brands that obviously cannot to be a partner (for example, own production and basically work only with their own brand) - such leads are not considered successful.
Leads from our niche, but without conversion, can be counted only with a short explanation of the reason (why it did not convert).
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• A person who knows how to find contacts quickly, systematically and with understanding relevance.
• Attention to details: numbers/links/city without errors, without duplication, with short comments.
• Self-organization: the result is more important than "hours spent".
• Experience is not critical - the main thing is that you understand where and how to look for data. We do not provide ready-made bases (we can suggest our approaches, but we do not teach from scratch).
TERMS AND PAYMENT:
• Remote.• Schedule: MON–FR, daily team report at 19:00.• Working hours are not standardized: the faster/better you find contacts, the more free time. It is important that the manager is constantly loaded with calls.
• Rate: from UAH 10,000/month, subject to KPI fulfillment (50 quality contacts/day).
• Bonus: 2.5% of the order amount, if the manager closed the deal with your lead.
• Career growth: lead generator > B2B project manager > administrator/team leader > assistant manager.
• Official employment is possible (in some cases we can consider booking).
TRIAL PERIOD:
• 3 days— so that both you and us understand how stable it is to find quality leads.
