The purpose of the role
Your task is to generate leads: find target companies/contacts, write messages, do follow-up and book calls to discuss recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Searching and forming lists of potential clients on LinkedIn
- Sending connect requests and messages using ready-made scripts
- Follow-up (systematic, 2-3 touches)
- Primary qualification of the lead (is there a need for hiring, what roles, geography, timeline)
- Schedule a call (Calendly/Google Calendar)
- CRM or Google Sheet maintenance: statuses, responses, next steps
- Hypothesis testing: what works better (texts, segments, positions)
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation / SDR / outbound / sales (preferably 0.5-2 years, but a junior with strong skills is possible)
- Sufficient written English (B2+ preferred)
- Understanding LinkedIn as a sales/outreach channel
- Systematic, attention to detail, ability to work by process
- Resistance to rejection/ignore (this is part of the job)
Will be a plus
- Experience in recruitment/staffing/HR-tech
- Understanding IT roles (developers, DevOps, QA, etc.)
