HR manager - People & Structure Manager
We are a team in the direction of affiliate business and we are looking for a systems person who will build an internal personnel architecture.
This is a role for someone who thinks in terms of structure, metrics and processes.

Main task
Build a system:
Role and grades
Internal transfers
Performance evaluations
Control of load
Career tracks
Areas of responsibility
Creation of matrix of roles and levels
Formation of internal promotion system
Analysis of managers’ effectiveness
Control of load in units
Exit analysis and reduction of key losses of people
Conflict management
Standardization of adaptation processes
Who we are looking for
Experience in HR / People Ops
Experience in working with teams of 20+ people
Analytical thinking
Ability to work with KPI construction
Experience in building grades will be a big plus
Experience in performance-marketing / digital — advantage
It will not suit us:
