About the team:
A small team of 5 people (4 salespeople, 1 account manager and department head).
The main goal of our department, and therefore the team, is to attract new customers, keep existing ones and, accordingly, ensure positive dynamics of the project's profit.
Responsibilities:
- Development of the database of potential customers, compliance with established standards.
- Generation of "warm" deals ( deals with an identified need) according to the ideal customer portrait (ICP) of the sales department.
- Search and lead generation (search for companies, gathering information for further processing by a sales manager).
- Find contacts of decision makers (DMPs) according to requests from the sales team.
- Advice on incoming applications.
- Sales to companies not targeted by the sales department.
Working time distribution:
- 70% – work with databases of potential customers.
- 30% – own search for companies and ODA contacts.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in the field of lead generation or sales from 1.5-2 years.
- Experience with customer databases and CRM systems
- Ability to conduct market research and find potential customers.
- Understanding the sales process and lead generation.
- Skills for finding contacts of decision makers (DMPs).
- Proficiency in lead generation automation tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Steps of selection:
