 We are looking for a Security manager who will  provide security control across all locations in Ukraine, improve processes, manage contractors, implement and continuously upgrade security best practices.

 KEY ACTIVITIES

 Design and implement a security concept, in line with best practices, to suit the operational environment in which CRH Ukraine develops its business. 

• Continuous improvement of processes & technology to support the security concept. 
• Actively manage security contractors making sure that each of them follows strictly the security concept implemented. 
• Carry out benchmarking exercises, identify successful practices and communicate them internally, eventually implementing those in the security concept for CRH Ukraine.  
• Constant security risk identification , assessment, management.

POSITION WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION

Reports to the Head of Legal, Compliance & Security CRH Ukraine and covers the security activities at country level, for all the entities in Ukraine.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous relevant experience on same position preferably in a large corporation environment.
• Proven expertise and ability in managing teams and contractors remotely 
• Strong communication skills. Primarily with CRH key stakeholders, gaining trust and support and engaging with other functions making sure that security creates value for the business
• Experience in security services contract management
• High level Integrity, resilience, excellent intuition and strong attention to details
• High level of attention and concentration, multi-tasking ability
• Experience in developingand implimentation security processess 
• Good knowledge of IT tools & security technology
• Business security certifications / training will be an advantage 
• Drive for results – business objectives oriented
• Advanced English skills
