We are looking for a Lead Generation/SDR Manager. 

The Lead Generation/SDR Manager is responsible for prospecting (both companies and decision makers) for a logistics company operating in the ground transportation industry in North America. The main purpose of this position is to set up meetings with relevant managers in companies of potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field lead generation/SDR;
  • Proficiency in leadgen and sales tools, methods and approaches (including AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, tools like LinkedHelper/Expandi, Snov.io/Reply.io/Apollo.io etc.);
  • Experience with large amounts of data in Google Sheets, CRM;
  • Attention to details and ability to work with large by the amount of information;
  • Creativity, initiative, desire to simplify and automate processes;
  • Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills;
  • Compulsory command of spoken English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2);
  • Ability to effectively organize work and work with minimal supervision;
  • Market knowledge ground transportation in North America is a big advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification and research of potential leads and contacts;
  • Entering and uploading data into CRM and outreach automation tools;
  • Contact and initial qualification of potential customers;
  • Organization of meetings and follow-up of leads;
  • Development of lead generation and sales strategies in cooperation with the sales team;
  • Creation of drip campaigns for email and LinkedIn automation.

Terms of cooperation:

  • Salary: rate + %;
  • Work schedule: Mon-Fri, from 14:00;
  • Office work (Lviv).
