• Search for new channels to attract employees;
• Management of internal and external personnel reserve;
• Support of candidates until the moment of certification and admission (registration) for work;
• Participation in adaptation and training of employees;
• Reporting;
• Formation and development of corporate culture;
• Ensuring personnel documentation.
