Your influence and responsibilities (Daily Growth)
At the start you will build a foundation, and later you will start scaling the system:
- Strategic Lead Generation: active search and qualification of B2B leads (Decision Makers) using an analytical approach.
- LinkedIn Strategy: transformation of LinkedIn into a strategic sales channel through the development of corporate and personal accounts.
- Outreach & Copywriting: development and testing of hypotheses for "cold" outreach (Email, LinkedIn) that stick from the first sentence.
- CRM & Ops: maintaining perfect order in the database and automating routine processes.
- Collaboration: working closely with the Head of Sales to analyze conversions and jointly develop a strategy for conquering markets.
Our requirements:
- English: 700">Education (will be an advantage): Applied Linguistics, Translation, International Relations or Philology. We appreciate the ability to skillfully work with text.
- Mindset: experience is not critical if you have high potential, quick learning ability and leadership ambitions.
