We are a production confectionery company that is actively developing. We are currently building a systemic HR function from the ground up and are looking for an HR manager to take responsibility for people, processes and training.
Objective of the position
To provide the company with the right people at the right time and in the right quality through systematic recruitment, onboarding, training and development of staff, maintaining engagement, culture and reducing staff turnover.

Our expectations
Required:
Experience as an HR manager / recruiter from 1 year
Experience in personnel selection (production will be an advantage)
Understanding HR as a system function, not only recruiting
Ability to work with managers and business requirements
Self-organization, responsibility, structural thinking
It will be an advantage:
Experience in building HR processes from scratch
Experience in organizing personnel training
Experience in production companies / FMCG / food industry
