Within the framework of the Company's activities:

  • We build IT systems that form the basis of convenient and well-thought-out workspaces, provide effective communication from anywhere on the globe, simplify and automate work processes;
  • We implement network solutions, data storage and processing systems, reliable cyber security systems, cloud and hybrid infrastructures, provide technical support and help customers in solving key IT problems;           
  • We develop and offer professional service products to the market - we work in the direction of MSP (Managed Service Provider) or "complex IT management";        
  • We develop international business by providing consulting and professional services.

Our specialists are 100+ specialists, including more than 35 certified engineers who deal with large-scale complex infrastructure projects and are recognized experts in their field, who have chosen the path of continuous development and increasing competences.
 
We are currently expanding the team and invite a professional to join our team for the position of LeadGeneration Manager.

Main functional duties:

  • creation, attraction and qualification of potential and new customers (leads) for further working out by the sales department;
  • together with the marketing department, developing a strategy for attracting new customers for the company;
  • searching, collecting and verifying contacts of potential customers through various channels (LinkedIn, e-mail, industry databases, events, etc.);
  • conducting initial communication with potential customers - personalized appeals, identifying interest and needs;
  • forming the first points of contact (meetings, calls, invitations to events, presentations, etc.);
  • qualification of leads according to eligibility criteria (industry, scale, role, cooperation potential);
  • support of constant communication with potential customers until the moment of transfer to the sales team;
  • close interaction with the sales department to coordinate approaches, priorities and communication scenarios;
  • know and understand the values and differentiation of the main products and services in the portfolio of the company's offers;
  • constantly improve your level of knowledge to increase sales efficiency.
  • promote the portfolio of IT projects and Netwave services in all technological areas of the company's work (Network, Computing, Cyber Security, Data Management and TSS); 
  • entering and maintaining the relevance of data in CRM for all activities;
  • regular reporting on the work carried out within the team;
  • Accepting and following the values ​​and principles professed in the company, maintaining a culture of effective interaction and trusting relationships with the company's employees.  

What we expect:

  • Experience in the field from 1-3 years;
  • Ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships;
  • Understanding the market of IT solutions and services in demand in medium and large corporate segments;
  • High level of attentiveness and responsibility;
  • Result oriented;
  • English language at Intermediate\Upper level Intermediate (B1\B2).
