We are looking Lead Generation Manager to the product IT company, a global vendor of cloud-based software to automate the car rental industry. It helps customers worldwide to manage and optimize car rental operations, keeping main processes under control. Today the company operates in 70+ countries, so a good English level is a must.
We are looking for a well-organized person who will help our Customer Success Team to work with international clients. A Lead Generation Manager is a results-driven, strategic professional responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential customers to generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for the business. The ideal candidate is skilled in leveraging multiple channels to attract and convert high-quality leads.
You must have an understanding of customer personas and sales funnels to ensure that the right leads are targeted and engaged at the right time. An understanding of the company’s target market, products, and customer pain points is critical for success in this role.
Skills
English is a must (Upper Intermediate at least)
Experience of facing customers, leading online meetings and presentations
Ability to build positive relations with customers
Cold outreach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and build rapport with potential leads
A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills to prioritize and achieve goals
Understanding of sales funnels and salescycles
Experience in lead generation or sales (2 years at least)
Additional language skills are a plus, especially for lead generation in specific markets (Spanish will be a huge plus)

Responsibilities
Leads outreach and warmups
Identify potential prospects through data-driven research, market analysis
Arrange sessions for product live demonstration (demo)
Nurture leads through effective outreach and follow-up communication, ensuring they are engaged and educated about the product offering
Build and execute lead generation strategies tailored to different markets and audience segments
Nurturing potential customers to generate SQL’s (sales qualified leads)
Represent the company professionally in written correspondence, cold emails or calls, and meetings with prospects
Display and record communication history with leads in HubSpot CRM
Understanding of the target market’s pain points and the ability to position the company’s product as a solution
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth lead handoff
