About the team:
A small team of 5 people (4 salespeople, 1 account manager and a department head).
The main goal of our department, and therefore the team, is to attract new customers, retain existing ones and, accordingly, ensure positive dynamics of the project's profit.
Responsibilities:
- Development of the database of potential customers , compliance with established standards.
- Generation of "warm" deals (deals with an identified need) in accordance with the ideal customer portrait (ICP) of the sales department.
- Search and generation of leads (search for companies, collection information for further processing by the sales manager).
- Search for contacts of decision makers (DMPs) in accordance with requests from the sales team.
- Consulting on incoming applications.
- Sales to companies not targeted by the sales department.
Working time distribution:
- 70% – work with databases of potential customers.
- 30% – own search for companies and contacts of public service providers.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in the field of lead generation or sales from 1.5-2 years.
- Experience with customer databases and CRM systems
- Skills conduct market research and prospecting.
- Understanding of the sales process and lead generation.
- Decision maker (DMP) prospecting skills.
- Proficiency in tools for lead generation automation
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
