Assistant manager for working with partners(fluent in English)!

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. If you are passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn and currently living in Cyprus or ready to relocate, this opportunity is for you!

Duties:

• Assist the affiliate manager in the development and implementation of strategies for attracting and retaining affiliate partners.
• Communicate with partners, coordinate advertising materials, ensure their accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
• Analyze the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns: collect, process and interpret data to measure results.
• Assist in preparing reports for management and affiliate partners.
• Work with CRM systems and other tools for managing partner programs.
• Maintain high-quality communication with partners and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language (not lower than Upper-Intermediate).
• Living in Cyprus and willingness to work in an office.
• Experience in affiliate marketing , digital marketing or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers.
• High focus attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive attitude, good communication skills and a great desire to learn and develop.
