Lead BI Analyst (igaming start-up, first person) in NewGMedia

iGaming start-up started is 2023 is looking for the first Lead BI Analyst who will be the first person in the department who builds hypotheses for the work of the all project, driving informed decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.

What you will do:

- Utilize Tableau to create impactful marketing, product, and payment reports;

- Work with SQL databases and Python scripts for data analysis;

- Proactively challenge payment analysis approaches;

-Improve the payment infrastructure for products.

Hard Skills:

- Experience in the gambling area as a data analytics - must have;

- 3+ years of experience in data analytics;

- Strong knowledge and commercial experience in using Python, SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL);

- Ability to create comprehensive research and data visualization (Tableau);

- Experience with Tableau/ Power BI / or similar tool;

- Experience with BigQuery;

- Confident application of basic statistical and probability theory concepts;

- Working experience with Kafka will be a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Ownership — you don’t need approval to solve a business problem, which you identified as a result of your initiative;

- Excellent analytical thinking - ability to look at data and detect trends and patterns
