Launch manager (project, product) in Boriviter, Viyskova shkola

Boriviter Military School is a public non-profit organization that was created in April 2022 in response to the military invasion of the Russian Federation.

We turn the latest combat experience into knowledge and solutions integrated into Ukrainian and European security architecture to protect against common threats.

We are looking for a launch manager who will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the launch processes of projects, products or initiatives - from the preparatory stage to the full launch. The role involves interacting with teams and partners, controlling deadlines and ensuring the smooth execution of all phases of the launch.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and support for the launch of educational programs and projects
• Control of cash and fuel costs
• Formation and maintenance of schedules
• Work with program templates and lecture materials
• Organizational support of educational events (signing documents, business trips, cadet registration tables, provision of materials: pens, notebooks, certificates, etc.)
• Preparation and reporting on the number of trained cadets
• Preparation and sending of invitation letters
• Creation of program descriptions for Student Service
• Project closure and final reporting
• Communication with internal teams and project support at all stages

Requirements / skills:

• Experience in project organization, program launch or process administration
• Ability to work with several tasks in parallel
• High level of organization and responsibility
• Business skills communication and report preparation
• Attention to details
• Confident use of spreadsheets and office tools
