Who we are looking for:

We invite to our team a Construction Project Manager - a specialist who can effectively organize and coordinate the execution of work.

Your tasks:

• Organization and coordination of construction works in accordance with technical requirements and standards;

• Monitoring the quality of execution, control of compliance with schedules and estimates;

• Interaction with contractors, monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations;

• Participation in work meetings, preparation of reports on the status of execution project.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher education in the field of construction, architecture or engineering;

• Has 4 years of work experience in a related position;

• Orients himself in modern construction technologies and the legal framework;

• Has skills in working with project and estimate documentation;

• Responsible, attentive to details, organized and result-oriented.
