Salary level from 24,000 to 26,000 UAH (depending on qualifications, experience and the size of the agreed rate)

The occupational safety engineer will ensure safe working conditions in two subdivisions enterprises:

1. Food division (production and storage of food ingredients):
2. Control of compliance with the requirements of labor protection, occupational hygiene and sanitation.
3. Conducting briefings for employees of production lines and warehouses of food products.
4. Development of instructions for safe handling of food additives, raw materials and packaging materials.
5. Cooperation with persons responsible for HACCP, ISO 22000, etc. (if necessary).
6. Inspection of working conditions: lighting, ventilation, temperature, sanitary condition.

2. Chemical division (production and warehouses of chemical substances):

1. Control of compliance with labor protection, chemical and fire safety requirements.
2. Assessment of risks when working with dangerous substances, control over storage, transportation and disposal.
3. Conducting briefings on working with aggressive substances, equipment and PPE.
4. Preparation of documentation for inspections State Emergency Service, State Labor, Environmental Inspection.
5. Development and implementation of measures to prevent emergency situations.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical or specialized education (occupational safety, ecology, chemistry, production technology, etc.).
• Experience of working at an enterprise with several production directions - desirable.
• Knowledge of legislation on labor protection, fire safety, sanitary standards, chemical safety.
• Ability to work with documentation, independence in decision-making.
• Experience of cooperation with regulatory bodies is welcome.
