We have been working for 6 years on the markets of Ukraine, Europe and the USA, and have experience working with more than 50 thousand locations of our clients. Among them are Kyivstar, EVA, Brocard, Dobrobut, lifecell, PUMB, Fora, Podorozhnyk, Rozetka, MHP and hundreds of other companies.

Getpin is a valid partner of Google, Apple and Microsoft in working with their mapping services, and is also integrated with social networks Facebook and Instagram for centralized communication management and the reputation of our customers.

What the Customer Success Manager will have to do on a daily basis:

  • Communicate with current and new Getpin customers - mail, messengers, video calls;
  • Present the opportunities and features of the Getpin platform to customers with the help of presentations and video calls;
  • Determine business needs/goals/objectives of clients, success criteria for cooperation;
  • Make reports and presentations about the services provided;
  • Monitor client satisfaction, initiate and propose directions for improving results for the client;
  • Ensure the transfer of feedback from clients to the Getpin development team;
  • Control timeliness of contract extensions and payments on the part of our clients;
  • Build trusting and long-term relationships with clients.

What we expect from a Customer Success manager:

  • Experience as a project manager with clients, an account, a project in an advertising agency or a product company from the 1st year;
  • Basic knowledge in the field of marketing and digital marketing;
  • Attention, organization, responsibility;
  • Ability to research, analyze and structure information;
  • Developed communication skills, negotiation skills;
  • Competent writing and oral communication in Ukrainian. Knowledge of English and other languages will be a big plus;
  • Ability and interest in self-education;
  • Practical experience with Excel or Google Sheets for working with indicators and data;
  • Having a common position with us that the so-called Crimean bridge should not exist and that our main task today is to support the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
