Job description

Requirements: Higher economic education

  • Knows and applies in the activity: — resolutions, orders, orders, other guiding, methodical and regulatory materials on the organization of labor and wages; 
  • — labor economy; 
  • - economy and organization of production; 
  • — the procedure for developing long-term and annual plans for work and wages, labor productivity, social development of the team, estimates for the use of economic stimulation funds; 
  • — forms and systems of wages and material incentives; 
  • — methods of determining the number of workers;
  • — relevant issues of the Handbook of qualification characteristics of workers' professions; 
  • — the procedure for tariffing works and workers and establishing salaries, allowances, allowances and coefficients for wages, calculation of bonuses; 
  • — methods of accounting and analysis of labor and salary indicators; 
  • - basics of production technology; 
  • — the possibilities of using computer technology for calculations and accounting of labor and salary indicators, the rules of its operation;
  • — labor legislation. 

Working conditions:

Monday - Friday

08 :30 - 17:30

Duties:

  • Performs work on improving work organization, wage forms and systems salaries.
  • Develops projects of long-term annual plans for work and wages of the enterprise and its divisions
  • Calculates wage funds and the number of employees taking into account the need for the most rational use of labor resources
  • < li>Develops regulations on rewarding employees, terms of material incentives, combining professions and positions, increasing service areas and the volume of work performed with the aim of improving the use of equipment and reducing labor costs expenses.
  • Draws staff lists in accordance with the approved management structure, salary schemes, salary funds and current regulations, makes changes to them due to the emergence of new types of activities (positions) characteristic of the market economy.

  • Determines the amount of premiums on the basis of current regulations
  • Controls compliance with staff discipline, expenditure of the wage fund, on the correctness of establishing the names of professions, the application of tariff rates and assessments, salaries, allowances, allowances and coefficients to wages, on the tariffication of works and the establishment in accordance with the qualification guides of grades and categories, as well as on the observance of work and rest regimes, norms of labor legislation.
  • Keeps records of labor and salary indicators, analyzes them and compiles the established reporting.
  • Performs work on forming, maintaining and maintaining a labor and salary databasesalaries, the number of employees, makes changes to reference and normative information used during data processing.
  • Knows, understands and applies current regulatory documents related to his activities.
  • Knows and fulfills the requirements of regulatory acts on labor and environmental protection, adheres to norms, methods and methods of safe performance of work.
