Labor economist: full or basic higher education in the field of economics (master's, specialist or bachelor's degree) and advanced training
for a master's degree - no work experience requirements

for a bachelor - at least 3 years of work experience as a labor economist.< /p>
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Makes full-time rosters in accordance with the approved management structure, staffing schemes salaries, wage funds and current regulations, makes changes to them due to the emergence of new types of activities (positions) characteristic of a market economy.
Controls compliance with staff discipline, fund spending of wages, according to the correctness of establishing the names of professions, the application of tariff rates and assessments, salaries, allowances, allowances and coefficients to wages, according to tariffification works and establishing them in accordance with the qualification directories of grades and categories, as well as in compliance with work and rest regimes, norms of labor legislation.
Keeps records of labor and salary indicators, analyzes them and prepares the established reporting.
Participates in the development of regulations on rewarding employees, conditions for financial stimulation of multi-machine service, combining professions and positions, increasing service areas and the volume of performed works in order to improve the use of equipment and reduce labor costs.
Calculates the number of employees taking into account the need for the most rational use of labor resources, planning the training of qualified personnel, reports the established indicators to the company's divisions.< /p>
