Basic requirements:

• understanding the basics of labor regulation and motivation systems will be an advantage;
< li>confident user of Excel, 1C;
• ability to learn quickly;

Main responsibilities:

• regulation of working hours of production workers;
• development of regulatory documents, handbooks and reports;
• planning of the number of production personnel in accordance with the production development strategy;
