We are currently looking for a L2 Support Engineer to join our support team business users and internal IT services.
The role involves working with ticket systems, business systems (SAP), analysis of requests, data quality control and participation in the optimization and automation of support processes using modern tools and technologies.

Main responsibilities:

  • Processing requests from business users in ticket systems Omnitracker and SAP
  • Analysis of typical and atypical incidents, finding optimal solutions
  • Writing, updating and maintaining working documentation and instructions in Confluence
  • Execution of the tasks of the head and leader of the direction, participation in related projects (setting and management of tasks in Jira)
  • Control of the quality and correctness of data in monitoring systems (SQL, Grafana, Kafka, Elastic)
  • Analysis of support processes in order to optimize and automate them (SQL, Python, AirFlow or other orchestrators)

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Experience of 2 years in 1-2 line support, development or database administration
  • Experience of working with ticket systems
  • Practical skills of working with SAP at the level of a confident user
  • Knowledge SQL at the level of query writing
  • Commercial experience using Python to automate data processing
  • Proficient in PC and standard office software (MS Windows)
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, independent information search
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal by customers
