Middle Data Analyst (BI Focus) in Boosta Inc

We are looking forMiddle BI / Data Analyst, who will work on consolidating data sources and building a base level reporting for performance affiliate.

This role focuses on:

• Data consolidation.

• Calculations of key metrics.

  System architecture is partially defined. The main goal now is practical implementation and structured implementation. You will help build an analytical framework that will unite all affiliate teams into a transparent performance system.

  • Consolidate and structure data from various sources.

  • Create unified analytical tables linked by Client ID.

  • Calculate key performance metrics.

  • Design and maintain dashboards in Looker.

    Highlight the difference in:

    • Quality of deals.

    • GEO efficiencies.

    • Customer performance levels.

  • Encourage knowledge sharing between teams through:

    • Showing where one team works more effectively in a specific GEO.

    • Underlining stronger deal structures.

    • Identifying profitable customer segments.

  • Maintain internal consistency through shared analytical visibility.

  What do we expect from you?

  • Strong SQL skills.

  • Experience with BI tools (Looker / Power BI / similar).

  • Experience with structured datasets.

  • Ability to combine and clean data from different sources.

  • Understanding performance marketing metrics.

  • Experience in creating dashboards for trend analysis.

  • Ability to work with partially structured or incomplete data.

  Will be a plus:

  • Experience in affiliate marketing.

  • Experience working in a multi-team environment.

  • Performance analytics.

  • Experience in revenue-share models (optional).
