How exactly can you influence development companies:
- work with contact databases of partner fleets, invite new fleet partners to meetings
- restore contacts with fleet customers who previously cooperated with us
- find new clients, make appointments
- identify clients' motives and needs, help solve their problems
- to conduct daily dialogues about business performance with fleet partners in Ukraine
- write briefs before and after meetings with clients
- cooperate effectively with other teams to find the best solutions for clients' tasks
- lead a CRM customer relationship management system
- close deals, meet quarterly goals with engagement and business indicators
- develop relationships with fleets, help their businesses grow
- to carry out an analysis of the local market of passenger transportation, namely tariffs, car classes, quality of service
- participate in optimization and improvement of internal processes
Challenges for 3 months:
- get to know the company's product, processes and standards
- master all the tools used by the department
- freely navigate the processes at each stage of your work
- use freely and productively all tools used by the department
- meet deadlines for tasks
- make independent decisions in the area of responsibility
- understand and navigate the processes of related departments
- get to know and establish communication with a dedicated pool of partner fleets
To achieve results, you will need:
- experience in the role of cross-sell/b2b key account manager from 1 of the year
- the ability to understand cars: brands/models, understanding the car at a basic level, orienting by car classes
- be a confident user of Excel or its analogues
- have experience and negotiation skills
- ability to efficiently and quickly interact with clients using messengers
- willingness to work with a large amount of information: the ability to search withindatabase
