Requirements for candidates:

• Experience of working as a manager of a chain of stores from 3 years,
< li style="font-weight: 400">Knowledge of the operating model of the retail network,
• Knowledge of operational processes of store management,
• Knowledge of evaluation criteria the efficiency of the retail network and the peculiarities of their calculation,
• Knowledge of the legislative framework for retail trade.

Main duties:

• performance of representative functions,
• implementation of the strategy of development and operation of the regional network,
• regional network marketing,
• analysis of regional network indicators,
• layout product,
• staff training (sales techniques),
• staff motivation.
