That's why we're looking for Junior Talent Sourcer to SKVOT Global, who will be a key part of our team, actively recruiting the best lecturers for courses and directly influencing product development.

What tasks await you:

• search and attraction of leading specialists who can become our lecturers;

• collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to source internal candidates according to their needs;

• using a variety of tools and platforms for effective sourcing;

• development and implementation of candidate search strategies;

• analysis of the creative industry market, study of trends and identification of opinion leaders: top companies, bloggers, stars in creative niches;

• maintaining and updating the ATS system to ensure accurate analytical data;

• formation and support of sourcing documentation; 

• together with the team, improve existing processes and develop new ones aimed at increasing efficiency and achieving better results. 

We have a match if you have:

• work experience in a similar position of 6 months or more or completion of relevant courses;

• basic knowledge of sourcing tools such as ATS, LinkedIn (Recruiter, Sales Navigator, etc.);

• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;

• willingness to learn new trends, immerse yourself in the creative field and develop in topics related to it;

• developed system and analytical thinking (understanding that sourcing is not only communication, but also work with data and a helicopter view of the vacancy);

• attention to details, proactivity and the ability to think outside the box;

• high level of communication skills to effectively interact with both candidates and internal teams.
