Expectations:

• Previous experience in recruitment or IT Recruiting courses;
• nowledge of various methods and tools of personnel search/selection;
• the ability to work with a lot of tools, ATS, extentions;
• excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• English skills on upper-intermediate level.

Responsibilities:

• continuously build and engage a pipeline of candidates through sourcing & networking;
• selection of relevant candidates using different tools and methods;
• leading a candidate from the first contact to hire;
• cooperation with the recruiting team.
