Recruiter (staff manager) in Lvivskiy oblribkombinat, PrAT

PJSC "Lviv Regional Fish Plant" in connection with the expansion and construction of the plant invites a RECRUITER to its team ( personnel manager)

Requirements:

• experience in recruitment of 1 or more years (preferably production personnel);
• knowledge of the search algorithm and recruitment;
• quality and timely closing of vacancies;
• experience of interviewing candidates;
• good communication and organizational skills;
• responsibility, organization.

Responsibilities:

• organization of the full cycle of personnel search and selection (compilation of a job profile description, posting of an ad, personnel selection and search, resume screening, conducting initial telephone interviews, organizing and conducting final interviews with the manager);
• quality and timely closing of vacancies;
• formation of external personnel reserve;
• formation of weekly reporting for the immediate supervisor.
