AMO APPS are 8 experienced professionals who know how to find strong candidates even in difficult markets. However, we need reinforcements and I am looking forJunior Talent Acquisition Specialist,who will strengthen the team and will focus on regularly closing positions in the Customer Support and Design teams.
This role involves working with the same type of vacancies with a focus on pace, quality and consistent performance (15-20 closings per month). This is the starting point for development in our recruitment team: you will work under supervision, gradually increasing autonomy and expertise.
Your key tasks:
Conduct a full recruitment cycle for specific areas;
6-12 months of recruiting experience;
Experience in conducting recruitment interviews;
Experience in working with various candidate search channels;
Competent written and oral communication;
Flexibility and adaptability to changes;
Independence and willingness to bear responsibility for the result;
English at a level not lower than B1.
