Junior talent acquisition specialist in LPP Ukraine

LPP is an internationalPolish company that has been successfully operating in the field of fashion and retail for over 30 years. Our company manages five recognizable brands:Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay.

Currently, we have already opened more than 200 stores and two offices in Kyiv and Lviv. We are implementing ambitious plans for the development of our company and are actively expanding our capabilities throughout Ukraine.

We are looking for Junior talent acquisition

About the team:

Our HR team is already 15 super professionals, including 6 recruiters. We are actively expanding and are looking for an ambitious and talented colleague to join our team to create together the best opportunities for the development of LPP Ukraine.

So, the main tasks of the position:

• Full cycle of recruiting administrative warehouse in our company's stores;
• Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and providing feedback;
• Analysis of recruiting processes and preparation reporting;
• Participation in the company's HR projects aimed at improving recruitment processes;
• Interacting with internal customers and creating job profiles;
• Working with various search sources candidates and participation in the development of the employer brand;
• Participation in the development and implementation of innovative methods of attraction talents.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• has work experience in a similar positions from the 1st year;
• English at the level of "can speak, can understand" (will be an advantage)
• Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Canva.
