Currently, we have already opened more than 200 stores and two offices in Kyiv and Lviv. We are implementing ambitious plans for the development of our company and are actively expanding our capabilities throughout Ukraine.

About the team:

Our HR team is already 15 super professionals, including 6 recruiters. We are actively expanding and are looking for an ambitious and talented colleague to join our team to create the best opportunities for the development of LPP Ukraine together.

So, the main tasks of the position:

• Full cycle of recruiting administrative staff in our company's stores;
• Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and providing feedback;
• Conducting analytics of recruiting processes and preparing reports;
• Participation in HR projects of the company aimed at improving recruitment processes;
• Interaction with internal customers and formation of profiles vacancies;
• Working with various sources of candidate search and participation in the development of the employer brand;
• Participation in the development and implementation of innovative methods of talent attraction.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• has experience in a similar position from the 1st year;
• English at the level of "can speak, can understand » (will be an advantage)
• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Canva.
