What you will do:

• Technical support of users remotely or at the client's location (1C, E-Mail, Office etc.);
• Processing of user requests on the first line, escalation to L2 if necessary;
• Installation and configuration of operating systems of the Windows family and applications;
• Configuration of workplaces users, working with accounts;
• Setting up work mail/transferring it;
• Diagnosing hardware and software problems and their elimination;
• Installing and configuring network devices (access points, switches, routers);
• Antivirus prevention;
• Basic administration of Windows servers, DC;
• Restoration of systems after equipment failures; li>
• Maintenance of office equipment: replacement of cartridges in the printer/scanner, elimination of paper jams, etc.

Our expectations from you:

• Work experience from 1 year;
• Knowledge of the basic principles of network construction (DHCP, DNS, VPN, etc.);
• Knowledge of computer/laptop hardware, peripheral devices;< /li>
• Knowledge of Windows, iOS, Windows Server;
• Understanding the principle of Service Desk/Help Desk;
• Ability to crimp a network cable and diagnose a network connection;
• li>
• Understanding the principles of network operation (local/Internet);
• Skills in connecting and configuring TV panels and other media devices;
• Basic experience in working with accounting programs 1C, M.E. is desirable. Doc;
• Ability to work for results;
• Ability to work in a team + good communication skills;
