Limagrain Ukraine invites ambitious specialists to the sales team for the position of Regional seed sales manager - Vinnytsia region

 Main work tasks

90% of the time - achieving sales goals by creating demand and selling seeds in the assigned territory

• Maintaining and building partnerships with farms in the region and representatives of the distributor;
• Consultation and agronomic support of farms and representatives of the distributor; 
• Organization and conducting of seminars and trainings for farms and distributor representatives
• Establishment, support and assembly of demo plots and test production tests;
• Organization of your work : sales forecasting, development of an action plan by determining the needs and potential of regular and new customers;
• Maintenance and work in CRM databases: planning, activities and reporting on market information;
• Resolution of complaints in the event of their occurrence;

Our candidate

• Has experience in sales (seed material, or seed material) for at least 1 year and has a high performance of plans;
• Is an ambitious and active person;
• Able to clearly and reasonedly convey his opinion, convince and conduct negotiations, presentations;
• Able to plan and organize your work to achieve the set goals;
• Practical driving experience and category "B" license;
• Has a professional education in the agricultural field;
• Knowledge of English is an additional advantage;
