Junior Support Specialist in PrimeHost

At the moment, in connection with the expansion of the technical support team, we are interested and looking for a Support Specialist in Ukraine, mainly in Dnipro. We offer high-quality tasks, measured and calm work, an opportunity to implement technical solutions. 

What you can expect:

• supporting virtual hosting customers on technical issues via email, ticket system and online chat;
• resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, creating a positive experience for each user;
• processing Abuse-requests.

Our expectations:

• literate oral and written Ukrainian and English;
• English not lower than B1-B2 level for daily communication;
• willingness to work with clients and help them solve technical issues;
• interest in development in the field of IT and desire to learn new things.

Will be an advantage:

• technical education or completed course in IT;
• basic knowledge of the Internet and hosting services;
• understanding of protocols such as POP/IMAP, FTP, HTTP;
• understanding of DNS, MySQL;
• basic knowledge of HTML, PHP or experience in creating sites;
• understanding of the domain life cycle.
