Junior Support Manager in Futurra Group

Now we’re looking for a Junior Support Manager who desires to build a career in a product IT company. The Customer Support role is all about ensuring our users have the best possible experience during interaction with our product.

Our flagship product – MathMaster is an educational application that helps millions of users worldwide to solve and learn mathematics easily and affordably, step by step thanks to the auto-recognition algorithm and live chat with mathematical experts. The total number of users on all platforms exceeds 10 million??, about 400 thousand new people join every month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and resolve all customer requests/complaints (via e-mails, online chats and social media);
• Provide 24/7 high-quality customer support;
• Work in the Zendesk online customer service system;
• Report user problems to the Head of the customer support department in a timely manner;
• Work according to the schedule of day/evening/night shifts, of which night shifts are 2–3 times a week (from 00:00 to 8:00).

As our candidate, you have:

• Strong Upper-Intermediate English level (written);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work with different types of requests;
• The ability to learn fast, and perform independently at assigned tasks ;
• Orientation to the result.
